Building on the progress made in the 2024 season, it is a great opportunity for our Seniors to further continue to develop their cricket technique and skills at an amazing facility which is local to the club - and to be even stronger at all levels in the field in the summer of 2025!

In addition - based on the feedback received from the Seniors & Juniors earlier in the summer we are also going to invite some (select only) of the able and talented Juniors (U14/U15s) for these sessions with a view of integrating them with the seniors and kick start their pathway journey to men's cricket.

Winter Training Schedule - 2024/25
Post Christmas (5 nets) - 13th January to 31st March (12 sessions - Mondays)

2. February - 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th
3. March - 3rd, 10th & 17th, 24th & 31st

Coaching
All coaching sessions will be run by David Burton. Our Director of Cricket Leigh, will continue with the strength and conditioning program that began last winter, which has enhanced the players' overall fitness and movement patterns.
