I established Ignite Fitness to offer a bespoke Mobile Personal Training service to all my clients and create result-based training programmes, with the support you need to achieve your dream body and leave you feeling great about yourself.

I work with a broad cross-section of clients - all ages, male & female, athletes, and first-time gym goers. You do not have to be fit to work with a Personal Trainer, but you must have the desire to lead a healthier, fuller, longer and more active life. If you give me 100%, I will match that and give even more, and the results will show.

I also understand that your fitness is not just about exercise, it is just as much about what you eat (and what you don’t eat). So I also offer tailored nutritional advice to get the best results out of your training, whatever your goals may be.

I know that your time is precious and will already be divided between competing pressures, but also with your fitness being just one of them. I will work with you at a time and location of your choice – your home, the gym or your local park. I pride myself on my professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

In addition to many years playing, coaching and managing in football and cricket I am a Qualified Premier Level 3 Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, hold a Diploma in Sports Science and a UEFA B Football Coach (Clubs Managed at Beaconsfield SYCB & Cockfosters FC) and a Level 2 Cricket Coach, Currently working for Finchley CC as Director of Cricket, Before that I was a senior Head Coach at Hampstead CC, Currently working for Merchant Taylor’s School and St John’s School as one of the Cricket Professionals & Winchmore Hill FC - First team manager. I am also CRB checked & Welfare Officer approved and qualified in first aid.
