We are excited to announce the imminent launch of our new EPOS system, Club Control, which will be implemented across all club operations starting 1st April 2025.

Club Control is a streamlined, user-friendly system designed for clubs like us to make your experience at the club easier and more efficient. From managing payments to keeping track of your membership details, the new system will simplify transactions, enhance service, and improve overall management at the club.

Every member (Playing, Non-Playing & Social) will be issued a new Membership card which will help identifying members & non-members and committee. Members will present their cards at the bar and the EPOS system will confirm if they are a paid up member. This will then charge them a lower "members bar price" without any extra work or checks required from the bar staff. Any non-members will pay a higher price as they are not members and don't have cards.

Benefits of Differential Pricing for Members

• Creates value in being a member at the club
• Increases club membership
• Identifies who is a member or non-member so no requirement for checks when ordering at the bar.

Membership Subscriptions and Renewals
Paying for subs becomes easy and quick for the club. Members can pay for subs at the bar with their membership card

Members Cash On Card
Members are able to load money onto their cards with either credit or debit cards. This enables members to:

• Deposit their weekly or monthly drinks spend
• Leave credit on their card for purchases

The club can also pre-load cash onto members cards allowing them to:

• Pay prize money on a members card
• Prepaid function cards or guests who want to preload
• Speeds service up

Visitors & Guests Signing In

• Guest fees are paid at the bar
• Printer receipt to be signed by both members and guests
• Guest ticket is issued upon payment
• Back office reporting is available for both the Club Treasury & Secretary

Members Account App
The bespoke Member's Account App enables all members to have a digital membership card. Benefit include:

• Access to your own member account via your mobile/ personal device.
• Buy drinks, snacks, event tickets etc.
• Pay for subs, match fees, Camps, Facility Hire etc
• View personal details and change or update them yourself such as address etc.
• See your membership status and category.
• View transaction and personal spend history at the club.
• Top up and view the current balance of money deposited on your club card/ account

You will shortly be receiving a Google Form link via the club's Whatsapp group to start the transition process so all the members are set-up on the new system by 10th March. Over the next couple of weeks, details about a new club app will also be shared with everyone to download. More details on that can be found in the attached PDF.
